General Information for Internship
What will an intern learn and experience?
Group Participation:
All interns will participate on the leadership team of an intensive Desert Stream Leadership Training taught by the Intern Director and DSM staff.
All interns will take part as leaders in various DSM groups throughout their internship and will participate in The Call to Leadership mentoring program taught by Andy Comiskey.

Conferences:
We have various conferences throughout the year in Kansas City and around the United States. Interns are involved in the local conferences in different roles, from prayer team to administration. An intern may be asked to be a part of the ministry team for a conference outside of Kansas City. When that occurs, most expenses are paid by Desert Stream.
Curriculum:
Different books and tapes are required reading/listening. There are weekly homework assignments. The required texts and tapes will be supplied to the interns throughout the year.
