Internship Introduction
| The internship program seeks to: |
--Impart the values of Desert Stream Ministries. These include: intimacy with God, confession, intercession, fasting, listening prayer, and further personal healing through community.
|
--Provide opportunities for leadership growth through practical ministry experiences.
|
--Impart the leadership values of Desert Stream Ministries though studying the required curriculum, participating in leadership courses and group meetings with the Intern Director and DSM staff.
|

| At the end of the internship program we believe each participant will: |
-- Deepen their personal relationship with God.
|
-- Develop and strengthen their spiritual gifts.
|
--Be equipped to lead DSM programs.
|
--Develop a strategy for introducing DSM programs in their church or strengthen existing DSM groups.
|
-- Develop leadership skills for ministry to the sexually and relationally broken.
|

| We believe that DSM programs are to be established and rooted firmly in the church. It is for this purpose that we invite you to consider participating in the DSM internship program. |
